# 1.4.1 Contacts and Email issues

Hi i just installed mautic 1.4.1 configured cron jobs but i get this message “No mailboxes are configured.”
On the other hand i cant upload my email contacts from the csv file.
I also created an email and tried to send it to the admin email but still no email received. yet i had configured cron jobs to run twice in an hour
What could be the problem?
