Since upgrading to 2.2.0, forms are hanging on submission more than 50% of the time. When they hang, the contact detail is written to Mautic but no actions are triggered. On occasion, if I submit the form from Mautic’s form preview I get a 500 Internal Server Error The load on the server is negligible. I’d appreciate any ideas here. Justin ---

I’m having the exact same issue. In addition to that: 1. Forms embedded on Mautic landing pages which have an action to send emails upon submission fail. Those emails never arrive. Pages hand and never redirect to the selected URL. 2. Forms embedded on Joomla! pages with the same send email action DO send the emails successfully, although pages still hang and fail to redirect, as they do on Mautic landing pages. 3. One some forms (embedded on custom landing pages) form fields have been shortened and in one case the whole form was centered, instead of left aligned. Any ideas? Anyone? ---

I have a similar problem. My clients complained that they have submitted the form but it never arrived, upon testing we detected that sometimes the form either take so long to submit or it doesn’t get submitted at all.
