# 2.2.1 Installation Fails

Hi,  
  
Attempting clean install of Mautic 2.2.1 (downloaded from [mautic.org](http://mautic.org)).  
  
  
  
Getting following error:  
  
[05-Nov-2016 06:59:31 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/fwsadmin/public\_html/mautic/app/cache/prod/doctrine/orm/Proxies/\_\_CG\_\_MauticUserBundleEntityRole.php’ (include\_path=’.:/usr/local/php70/pear’) in /home/fwsadmin/public\_html/mautic/vendor/doctrine/common/lib/Doctrine/Common/Proxy/AbstractProxyFactory.php on line 209

I’ve twice uploaded via ftp to try to make sure all files have been copied over.  
  
  
  
Any suggestions?

you’ve got an ssh-access to the server? If so, try:

curl [https://gist.githubusercontent.com/katzueno/77b18eb0aa6acca1678bc851572f8874/raw/5ed4c1c648cf7c0d915f6b322ac469f7e003815c/install-mautic-cloud9.sh](https://gist.githubusercontent.com/katzueno/77b18eb0aa6acca1678bc851572f8874/raw/5ed4c1c648cf7c0d915f6b322ac469f7e003815c/install-mautic-cloud9.sh) | bash  
sh install-mautic-cloud9.sh

/usr/local/bin/php5-56LATEST-CLI composer.phar install

Then go tzo the Website and pray, that the assitant works…

Installing Mautic is rubbish so far ☹
