# 2.2 update problem ¿how can i fix this?

i try to update from 2.1 to 2.2.
i get some error, later i try to log in the admin and give me error: like too many redirect.
(yes i do delete cache folder)… not work
i follow steaps from here

i try to update manually with the scripts and cannot do it because say its the 2.2
Later i put the 2.1 folder with the database from 2.2, and move all files and folder from new install 2.2… and work!!
ok… work…until i move app folder. (yes i do delete cache folder)
If i put the app folder cannot login because too many redirect) ¿how i can fix this?

So you have 2.1.1 Files and 2.2.2 database?
You have a backup from the whole 2.1.1 (files + database)?

not, i forget about make a db backup… :S
its working… but have all files from 2.2 (but not app folder) when i add app folder cannot login because to many redirect error

i try to update another mautic install… i do it with ssh and update script… same problem.
too many redirect cannot access to the admin panel.

I’m having the same issue with a new install via Softaculous. Did you find a fix yet?
