We have just released a working 2FA plugin for Mautic 5.x.
First 5 purchases are totally free with code MCF-2FA, released on [mailertizer](https://mailertizer.com/product/mautic-2fa/)

Well that’s a stroke of good luck: A client just requested 2FA on his Mautic instance like an hour ago. 🙂

Thanks, I will try it out and provide feedback if I have any.

First question: Does it also work on the local development domain ([https://mautic.ddev.site](https://mautic.ddev.site)) or does the domain check block this one?

Hi @cstuder
It is linked to a domain, so locally you might have an issue. I have sent you a PM with some suggestions.

@mikew I’ve broken this out into a new thread in #3rd Party Addons which is the right place for posts like this.

Does/will this also work with Mautic 6?

Hi,

This does currently not work with Mautic 6, i am not sure we will be porting to Mautic 6 as it is going to be such a short release. I will keep you updated.

It works with Mautic 5. Couple of rough edges, but the functionality is there.

I think it’s really important to secure your Mautic instances with 2FA, there’s plenty of personal information in this application.
