# 403 Forbidden Error and Fails to save any changes

We have a recent installation on SSL Apache2.  
  
  
  
When we try to save settings changes or any other changes the save fails to complete and the console throws a 403 error like  
  
  
  
[https://website.com/in/s/config/edit?mauticUserLastActive=1&mauticLastNotificationId=5](https://website.com/in/s/config/edit?mauticUserLastActive=1&mauticLastNotificationId=5) Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)  
  
  
  
Pertinent settings are in apache  
  
  
  
\<Directory /var/www/html/in\>  
  
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews  
  
AllowOverride All  
  
Order allow,deny  
  
allow from all

Hmmm… looks like this is not an uncommon issue
