# 404 Error After Uploading Mautic To FTP

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.1  
My PHP version is: 7.4.15  
My Database type and version is: 10.3.28-MariaDB-cll-lve

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I uploaded Mautic 3.3.1 to my FTP, unpacked it there, but I always have this on my front page:

# 404

## Not Found

The resource requested could not be found on this server!

And I don’t understand, how can I fix it? The hosting support answer me to connect to Mautic support.

Please help!
