# \[404 ERROR \]Mautic Landing page not displaying issue

**Your software**  
I have Mautic 2.15.3 install  
PHP 7.2

**THE PROBLEM**  
My landing pages URL are returning a 404 error

**What I am trying to achieve**

1. I am trying to setup my unsubscribed landing page using the BLANK PAGE THEME

2. I have also configured my email setting to use the preference centre

3.I have also indicated in the specific Template email to use the UNSUBSCRIBE landing page i created when there is unsubscribe.

4.My unsubscribe link has the token {pagelink=3} inserted to link to page which contains the contact unsubscribe segments and an option to opt-out

These errors are showing in the log:

And here is the content on the landing page, as displayed in my preview from the editor

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I tried to use the default unsubscribe token  
{unsubscribe\_url}

This works with my email configuration setup and this is the result

Assistance request  
Please does anyone know how i can fix my landing pages URL returning 404 error?
