# 500 error when I fill in the monitoring under email

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.2  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is: MySQL 15.4

**Your problem**  
My problem is: When I fill in the monitor information with my email, name, imap, SSL and imap server name. I am not able to access the configuration page after saving that information. I get a 500 page error. Any idea why this might be happening?
