# 500 internal server error - installer step 3

When I install mautic on my website and go to step 3 of the installer, it says " Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator"

I think it has something to do with the configuration but I do not know what it could be. Can I have some info on what the problem could be?

Hey, the problem is usually a cache issue. Can you check for logs in /YOURMAUTOCFOLDER/var/logs

There should be a log file from the same day
