**Mautic 4.4.7** _My PHP version is_ : 7.4.33 _MariaDB version is_ 10.5.18-MariaDB-0+deb11u1 **Updating/Installing Errors** none _Upgrading/installing via_ (delete as applicable) : Command Line Everything works fine until I set up monitored inbox settings; What’s strange it used to work fine, but now it isn’t Case #1 1. Other SMTP sserver: Email address to send mail from: zzz@mysite.online Username for the selected mail service: zzz@mysite.online SMTP Port 465 SSL Test connection \_\> OK Ssend test email → OK Case #2 1. Other SMTP sserver: Email address to send mail from: zzz@mysite.online Username for the selected mail service: zzz@mysite.online SMTP Port 465 SSL 1. Monitored address : zzz@mysite.online IMAP username: zzz@mysite.online Port 993 SSL IMAP server xxx Test connection and fetch folders→ OK Test connection → OK Send test email: Expected response code 250 but got code “553”, with message "553 5.7.1 Sender address rejected: not owned by auth user [Mautic’s log](https://pastebin.com/gAjumB3y) I have no idea what’s going on and why it has started happening. Any idea how to fix it?
