**Your software** My Mautic version is: 4.2.1 My PHP version is: 7.4.28 My Database type and version is: MySQL **Your problem** My problem is: I imported a contact from a CSV. ![1](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/mautic/original/2X/4/4137ea235b02a0c26ee9bb3b764c7fd3b61f8aad.png) I created a new segment with a simple filter: his firstname must match. ![2](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/mautic/original/2X/3/3d0e78edf74f28d8d01a3fc4611008c5cda27513.png) Even if a contact should be considered in the filter, it’s not shown in the segment. These info are showing in the log: Rebuilding contacts for segment 11 1 total contact(s) to be added in batches of 300 1/1 [============================] 100% 0 total contact(s) to be removed in batches of 300 0 contact(s) affected Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Cleared the cache. Update and rebuild the segments many times. ---

After one day, the contact has appeared in the segment without my intervention! Do you know which cron did that and how can I speed up it or force manually ? ---

You need to make sure your [mautic:segment:rebuild](https://docs.mautic.org/en/setup/cron-jobs) cron is running frequently. > **[Cron jobs](https://docs.mautic.org/en/setup/cron-jobs)** > > . . . .
