# Add a toggle to hide/show published/unpublished items in emails and other lists

My idea is: Add a toggle to hide/show published/unpublished items in emails and other lists

I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea:  
Marketeers / People using the Mautic interface

Why I think they would benefit from this idea:  
Our marketeers don’t fully understand the queries that can be put into the search field. They requested a toggle that by default hides all unpublished emails. When using Mautic extensively, a toggle like this can really help create clarity and focus on the items that matter.

Any code or resources to support this idea:

Maybe it would be better to have an archive state, as proposed, which is not shown in search results? And/or we could extend the filter to also enable what you are suggesting with a published/unpublished state in the dropdown?
