# Add by BCC

I have purchased a simple skype crm, Sales Envy [http://www.salesenvy.com/](http://www.salesenvy.com/)  
  
  
  
I can add BCC to link with emails sent, so I can add to a crm. Is it possible to BCC in my mautic instal, and maybe update points depending on what the BCC address is? As in a warm or cold lead?

Hi,

You can go to your email, edit it, click on the Advanced tab and a BCC field is in there.
