# Add email to list if checkbox checked

I need some important information. I have subscribe to my blog checkbox(along-with name and email) in my forms. I want to add persons’ email in a list called “newsletter” when ever he/she submits form with “subscribe to my blog checkbox” checked. Is this possible?
