# \[ Add field based on selected value\] Not working on website outside of Mautic

My PHP version is: 8.1.28  
My Database type and version is: 10.6.17-MariaDB-cll-lve-log  
Webhost: Name Cheap

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

I created a form that has firled [Add field based on selected value] this form “functions” when I test it in Mautic. However since I can NOT get landing pages to work I pasted this form into my website. Howeve the firelds values don’t work to open up other option on my website. I paste the HTML into the site.

Please advise

These errors are showing in the log: Error log is empty

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I need guidence on steps to take.
