# Add subscriber to multiple segments based on form choices

I am trying to make a subscription form where people can choose the themes they want to be informed about. My idea is that every theme is a segment. I want to use the multiple select function in the form but how can I add the subscriber to the segments (themes) they choose in the form. Or is there an other way? Thanks in advance

Hi,

Oke I tried this but it is not working if i select multiple options in a selectbox grp. What am I doing wrong?
