Plz note, that Amazon SES is not a state owned utility, they have the right to refuse anyone. There are many other options to send an email. If your email content is good, and people especially asked for it, then it’s Amazon SES’s loss not to have you. You can ecev make your own email server (Look for a Postal forum) and send as much as you want.
