# Amazon SES shut me down

This isn’t a Mautic issue, but I’m hoping that anyone who has used or dealt with SES can provide some insight. I won’t copy the whole issue here, since you can read it on the AWS Dev Forum here. [https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=244675&tstart=0](http://example.com)  
  
  
  
I’m simply baffled by this draconian behavior. Has anyone else had to deal with an AWS suspension like this?
