# Any help needed on troubleshooting my emails not sending out

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:  
My PHP version is:  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
Emails will not send out. I tried the smtp test mail, which was send out towards mailersend and received.  
A manual mail to a contact is not working, and also my campaigns are not received by mailersend.  
I did not find any logs in the usual places which would result in showing me a issue.

These errors are showing in the log:  
none  
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Tried the manual mail, which did not worked  
tried the test mail under smtp setup, which worked

Hi!  
As I understand you are using mailersend. Can you share how you set up the DSN?  
Did you send test email from the config? if so - did it work?  
Is your sender email allowed in Mailersend?

Hii,  
I am facing a similar issue.  
I have hosted Mautic5 on my VM using Coolify and my email provider is Hostinger.  
I am able to send Test Mails, but when I try sending emails to individual contacts, it shows successful but the email does not get delivered.
