# Any way for a partner to pull list of opt-outs?

Couple of questions about opt outs/do not contacts:

1. is there a way to export my global list of contacts who have opted out (assuming answer is yes via segmentation but would like confirmation)
2. Is there any way for a partner (e.g. someone not with my company) to access the list via a URL download or other method?
