I see that there is a 3rd party plugin for sparkpost:

> Mautic plugin adding Sparkpost API email transport with bounce management

There is a PR, which claims to fix one click unsubscribe, but isn’t merged yet.

Are there any other SparkPost Plugins?
Do you successfully use Sparkpost in Mautic5 with API and working unscubsribe header as well as bounce managment?

Thanks!

Does his patch work?

I looked at the diff and not much changed between his patch and the original code:
~300 lines
2 files

Diff:

If it does, fork it (or use escopecz source directly) ?

… will need to check, wanted to upgrade a client installation. @escopecz should I install the plugin and then use your patch?

I wouldn’t recommend it. It will send emails faster but it would uncover the bug where the one-click unsubscribe header is broken for batch email sends. You don’t want that I’m sure.

This is waiting for another PR that this fix depends on that the team from Webmecanik are working on.

So until then … not using the plugin or not using the patch? Thanks

Not using the patch. The plugin is fine. It will just send 1 email at a time which avoids the bug with one-click unsubscribe. And it will handle bounces for you.

Once the patch is merged and released it will start to send 2000 times faster which is a nice bonus but nothing preventing you to use the plugin right now.
