I use Thrive Leads (Thrivethemes.com) to send leads to Mautic via API and after the update to 2.11, I started getting this message:
So I did send them an e-mail and the answer was this:

Please make sure your file is UTF 8 encoded UTF 8 encoded
Also, remember the limit of the contact database in Mautic Cloud Free is 5,000 contacts.

The thing is:
After that the erros do not appear on the log, but the leads still don't go to the Mautic instalation.
