API Integration not working properly (from website forms)

I use Thrive Leads (Thrivethemes.com) to send leads to Mautic via API and after the update to 2.11, I started getting this message:

Sorry, to prevent spam, this feature is not enabled for free accounts. You can email support@mautic.com to answer a few questions and request we enable it for you.
on a log located in https://WORDPRESSURL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tve_dash_api_error_log

So I did send them an e-mail and the answer was this:

Hi, Tulio!

Thank you for answering our questions! Contact importing has been enabled for your account. A few things to note:

Please make sure your file is UTF 8 encoded UTF 8 encoded
Also, remember the limit of the contact database in Mautic Cloud Free is 5,000 contacts.
Visit our help center to answer any questions that arise - we have awesome resources and it is updated regularly https://mautic.com/help.

The thing is:
After that the erros do not appear on the log, but the leads still don't go to the Mautic instalation.

What could be happening?

The funny thing is that if I look for an e-mail that was used to submit a form, it finds this (The API integration):
