# API rate limit

**Your software**  
My mautic: v5.2.2  
PHP Version 8.2.15  
My Database type and version is: 10.6.20-MariaDB-

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

Hi,

I’m trying to connect my Mautic to Clicksend. To connect them I’m using Zoho Flow. When I’m trying to connect Mautic to Flow I get the following message:

_Mautic says “You exceeded the rate limit of 1 API calls per hour.”_

I’ve used Mautic (5.03) & Flow before and never got that message/error.

These errors are showing in the log: none

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

AI suggested changing the API rate limit in: public\_html/mautic/config file  
from 1 to 100.

This seems to work. However, I would like to know if this is a problem more people have and what solution they have found (or what I’m doing wrong ;)).
