# Assets only work with registered users

Hi  
  
  
  
I have uploaded some assets to mautic (last version) and if I try to download it works normally (while I’m a logged user) but if I open the link in a new private browser they dont make the download. It is a mautic problem just because yesterday the same worked properly after clean the cache but today fail another time.  
  
  
  
No information in error log…  
  
  
  
Some idea what happen?  
  
  
  
I clean the cache and works some downloads…

What does “they dont make the download” mean? Does the browser display a blank page?

where you upload the asset, local or remote , what is size of the assets?
