# Automatic older mails to contacts

Hi,
Yesterday, we have imported approx 1500 contacts in Mautic. We found that, Older emails have been sent automatically to new imported contacts. We spent good time to find this issue.
Any ideas? Please help.

That is because maybe when you import those 1500 contact you put it in a segment and that segment a campaign that trigger each time a new contact is add.

Thanks, We have few campaigns but we had triggered those at a specific time. How can we solve this issue?
