As of March 2023 is there a plugin for using AWS SNS for SMS Text Messages?

I do see there is a plugin for Twillo. I do see there is a plugin for MessageWhizz. Both look good, and are reasonably priced… just I’m already using AWS SES, it’s be nice to manage one less thing. Use cases is both trasactional messages (order/shipping status, time sensitive notifications) and opted in marketing text messages.

Searching these forums and the docs I do see the question, but never a clear cut answer.
