# Bexio Plugin - connect Mautic with your accounting / invoicing

Hi everyone,

Today I’m sharing this plugin with you since some of our customers run on **Bexio** and need to connect their contacts and activities with Mautic, so this helps keep marketing and sales processes in sync.

**Typical use cases:**

- Export contacts from Mautic campaigns directly to Bexio (automatic or manual).

- Create and send invoices in Bexio (e.g., to process orders submitted via a form)

- Detect existing contacts in Bexio to avoid duplicates.

- Trigger sales follow‑ups in Bexio based on Mautic campaign stages.

- Keep contact data consistent between marketing automation and your accounting/CRM.

Yeah, this is really cool. We implemented DB compare functions as well to our clients, they love it.  
We found it really useful when clients can export / import only specifix segments based on Bexio category.

Nice @joeyk , that’s a great addition 👍

That reminds me what our customers really love… invoices 😄  
We actually support creating and sending invoices in Bexio directly from Mautic — e.g. a customer submits an order via a form and automatically gets the invoice.

I just updated the docs with that feature, completely forgot to mention it earlier.
