# Blanck image

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:2.15.3  
My PHP version is:5.6.4

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I was able to upgrade to mautic 2.15.3

when creating collection elements  
and place a web address to  
generate a screenshot  
does not generate any error but appears white

what could it be, before the truth worked well I don’t know when  
It stopped working

Thank you  
These errors are showing in the log:nothing
