# Blank Page While Tying to Install Mautic 2.16 - app/autoload.php on line 15

My Mautic version is: 2.16 (downloaded it from GitHub)  
My PHP version is: 7.3

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Blank page while trying to install Mautic 2.16 fresh instance

These errors are showing in the log:

PHP Warning: require(MAUTIC\_PATH/app/…/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in (MAUTIC\_PATH/app/autoload.php on line 15

PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘MAUTIC\_PATH/app/…/vendor/autoload.php’ (include\_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear’) in MAUTIC\_PATH/app/autoload.php on line 15

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
