# Bounce mail not processed (big inbox)

Hello, i have a dockerized setup of mautic, so container “mautic\_cron” handles all stuff like checking for bounce mails.

The bounce mailbox is accessed by IMAP from Mautic. Because of a configuration problem it was not fetched for a while and so around 2.500 mails have spooled up there.

When calling “console mautic:email:fetch” the process does not give any output and seems never to return.

Any hints of what to do?
