# Bounces aren't showing in report

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.1.2  
My PHP version is: 7.2.34  
My Database type and version is: **10.2.10-MariaDB MariaDB Server**

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
Bounces are not appearing in reports.

These errors are showing in the log:  
None appear relevant

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

I’m using SES to send email and SNS -\> [https://mautic.mysite.com/mailer/amazon/callback](https://mautic.mysite.com/mailer/amazon/callback) to catch bounces and complaints. I’ve setup a few test users pointing to the SES simulator:  
[bounce+testuser1@simulator.amazonses.com](mailto:bounce+testuser1@simulator.amazonses.com)  
[complaint+testuser2@simulator.amazonses.com](mailto:complaint+testuser2@simulator.amazonses.com)

When I send email, the test contacts are marked as “do not contact” or “email bounced”.  
However, the graph in Channels -\> Emails -\> Test Email shows 0 bounced emails.  
Additionally, custom reports aren’t showing bounces associated with emails or contacts.  
Data Source: Emails, Data: “Bounced” is showing empty.  
Data Source: Emails Sent, Data “Bounced” is showing empty.

Email opened / sent / click metrics appear to be working.

Any thoughts on what’s going on?

Thanks for the suggestion @ascholten.

That issue appears to be with webhooks sent by Mautic to 3rd party services. Am I interpreting that correctly?

My issue is with AWS SES sending bounces & complaints to Mautic via /mailer/amazon/callback.

Is this working for others? Like I said, contacts are being updated, but the reporting is off.
