# Broadcast email not received but the test email is received, I do this on "New Segment Email"

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.2.1  
My PHP version is: 7.4.28  
My Database type and version is: 10.3.34-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 - Ubuntu 20.04

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I just install Mautic today and try to broadcast the email, in the test email is received, email is not in the spam but the broadcast email is not received, I check the spam also not in there.

These errors are showing in the  
log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I have followed this post [Mautic doesn’t send emails but test yes - Support - Mautic Community Forums](https://forum.mautic.org/t/mautic-doesnt-send-emails-but-test-yes/20428) but my problem still not fix, I try to run **swiftmailer:spool:send** on my SSH terminal but show **zsh: command not found: swiftmailer:spool:send**.  
and try install swiftmailer  
Reading package lists… Done  
Building dependency tree  
Reading state information… Done  
E: Unable to locate package swiftmailer
