Hi, Since upgrading to MAUTIC 6, the BUILDER link is grayed out. Initially it asked to enable the GrapeJS plugin so I did but it’s still grayed out and I am unable to access the builder. I tried disabling the plugin but it didn’t work so I re-enabled it. I also tried clearing the MAUTIC CACHE but that didn’t work either. What could be the problem? Why am I unable to access the builder? Hi, Which template are you using? This behaviour should only happen if you do code mode insteaf of a template. Joey ---

Just go in Plugins and activate the grapesjs builder. What do you see if the builder is enabled? What template is choosen when you see the builder greyed out? ---

Ah… I see… The code builder was moved to the ADVANCED tab. So now the code builder has no PREVIEW window on the side… No easy access to the media library for quick uploads… Ugh. ---
