# Bulk import not importing correctly

**Your software**??? using office excel and open office for spreadshhets  
Running Win 10 pro  
latest version of Mautic

# PHP Version 5.6.40-26+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

My problem is  
Tring to import csv file to Mautic. Uploaded successfully but not all the columns. I made sure the matching process matched word for word.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Tried using Open Office and Microsoft Office Word to upload files and still the same problem. Not all fields being uploaded
