# Campaign automatically stops

**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 5.1.22
My PHP version is: 8.2.20
My Database type and version is: 10.11.6-MariaDB-0+deb12u1
**Your problem**
My problem is: When I create a new campaign for a new segment then it automatically stops and disables sa my emails are not sending.
These errors are showing in the log:
When I go to the contact tab I receive this code:
title=“This event encountered an error during the last attempt to process.” class=“ri-alert-line text-danger”
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
I created a new campaign from scratch with the same emails, but it had no effect.
I sent a test email - and it worked.
Did I need to change the text in my emails, change the topic, etc.? I have a very large database of my customers, and I’m wondering which ones are getting newsletters, etc.
