# Campaign builder \> Campigns Form list is empty.

Hello, I’m a first time user of Mautic and I have been trying to [follow this guide](https://www.mautic.org/blog/integrator/creating-a-double-opt-in-email-campaign/) on creating a double opt-in email campaign.  
  
  
  
I have created a form (as well as the other steps given in the guide) under _Components \> forms_ and then a new campaign. When I open the campaign builder, under _Contact Sources_ I select _Campaign Forms_ but the dialog that opens up does not recognise my form name or show it in the auto-complete list. Does anyone know why this may be? I’m not sure what other info to include.
