# Campaign decision not working for open email

I have installed the mautic and using a campaign form which send an email when form is submitted by users. Users are getting mails but I cannot track weather mail is opened or not.  
  
  
  
When I check in my mail box, Here the pixel tracking image is getting broken in mail. see below image.

But in mautic installation there is no /email folders on root so we cannot see the image.  
  
  
  
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue ?

The URL paths are generated by PHP, Mautic is a PHP app. It’s not an existing gif image, it goes to a PHP script. Make sure you test Mautic tracking in another browser then where you are logged in to Mautic. Mautic does not track administrators.
