# Campaign Emails are not firing

I am using rackspace SMTP and the test email is working fine, the emails are being sent. But when the email should be triggerd upon a user performing a particular action, he should receive an email which he is not right now.
Any help, please?

It appears that there is a bug with the latest release, and those campaign emails are not going out on my system, either. I’m just waiting for the next release
