# Campaign Form Not Collecting Contacts

Hi, I have a campaign form linked to my WP site via Thrive Leads. Thrive is showing 110 conversions, i.e. 110 people have entered their name and email but my Mautic dashboard is showing ZERO contacts created against this form. 110 emails have been received, why are they not showing? Does it have anything to do with there being no ‘campaign’ created yet?
