# Campaign is not resolving all tasks

My Mautic version is: 5.1  
My PHP version is: 8.2  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I have a campaign, triggered by a double opt-in form.  
It is moving the contact from one segment (not-confirmed) to another segment (confirmed) after contact has clicked the confirmation button in his email, which leads him to the confirmation page.  
When I’m filling out the form with the credentials of an already registered contact, the campaign stops somewhere in between and is not updating the segment to confirmed.

When a fresh contact is registering, it is working properly.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
No idea…
