# Campaign issue: not pushing to new lead list

Greetings,  
  
  
  
We have set up a campaign to perform he following but step 2 isn’t working. Does anyone have advice or thoughts on why this isn’t being triggered.  
  
  
  
Step 1: Leads are put on campaign when they are added to the “D1 Free List”  
  
Step 2. If they visit House Hunt page, they are pushed to House Hunt List (isn’t being triggered)

Does anyone have feedback or advice on this issue?

Goal: If at anytime a member of Lead List A visits a specific URL, then we want to push them to Lead List B.

You put the tracking pixel on the page in question have to check?

Yes, the tracking pixel is installed on website specified in Step 2. It is installed in the footer code so it tracks the entire website. We have successfully tracked leads that are navigating this website, it is just not triggering the action to add them to the list.
