Hello everyone, 👋

We’re happy to share that Sprint 9 of the Campaign Library Phase 2 project has been successfully completed.

This sprint focused on completing and stabilizing the campaign sharing workflow, improving the publishing experience and strengthening the overall reliability of the contributor journey.

**Sprint 9 – Summary**

At a high level, the work completed includes:

**Direct Campaign Sharing**

A major milestone was achieved with the completion of the direct campaign sharing workflow between Mautic and the Marketplace. Significant progress was made toward a seamless end-to-end sharing experience, allowing campaign packages to move more reliably through the sharing and publishing process.

**Upload Flow Reliability Improvements**

Enhanced the upload workflow to better handle package transfers and improve reliability across multi-step processes. Additional safeguards were introduced to help prevent common transfer and configuration issues.

**Publish Experience Enhancements**

Continued refining the publish workflow with clearer validation feedback and more user-friendly messaging, helping contributors better understand and resolve issues during the publishing process.

**Platform Maintenance & Stability**

Completed dependency updates and maintenance activities to keep the platform current and support ongoing stability, security and long-term maintainability.

**Workflow Stabilization**

Focused on improving the overall contributor experience by addressing edge cases, refining end to end workflow and preparing the platform for broader testing and adoption.

**Current State**

- Direct campaign sharing between Mautic and the Marketplace is now in place and ready for continued testing and stabilization.
- Upload, sharing, and publishing workflows continue to mature toward a complete end-to-end contributor experience.
- Platform reliability and workflow consistency have improved through additional validation and maintenance activities.
- The project remains on track toward final integration, testing, and documentation activities.

**What’s Next – Sprint 10**

The next sprint will focus on polishing the core workflow and expanding campaign template support.

Key areas include:

• Further stabilization and testing of the campaign sharing workflow

• Supporting campaign templates within the upload and publishing experience

• Completing remaining frontend and backend integration work

• Expanding end-to-end testing coverage across upload, sharing, and publish flows
