# Campaign: "OR" statements?

I am building a Campaign to display dynamic content.

I need to display the content if the Contact’s email is empty OR if their Mobile Number is empty.

This doesn’t seem to be possible using the Campaign Builder…

Is there a way to build OR statements in the campaign builder?
