# Campaign problem

I still hav problems with campaigns. I sent a mail wit a link to a landing page. There is a form where the contact can fill in. Then he should get a Mail with a saying thanks for registrations and if he opens it, I want to change the poinst and sent him a second mail and so on.  
  
I tried so many things, but the automation will not work. My cronjob trigger is working. Does anybody know this problem?
