# Campaign work flow not working

Can any body help on this issue. Campaign not working in following work flow
1. Create a segment
2. Sent a email template
3. open email and submit a form move to other segment.
4. if not read/open email send a mail after 5 minutes.
Send a mail after 5 Minutes is not working
