# Campaigns Metrics not updating, but events are triggered

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.10  
My PHP version is: 8.1  
My Database type and version is: MariaDB 10.4

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Campaigns metrics are not updating, but events are triggered

These errors are showing in the log: Nothing

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

- I tried to check into the database to look for a table responsible for these statistics
- I tried to clear the server and browser cache
- I tried all the mautic:campaigns cron tasks

Hi guys!

I’m facing an issue concerning campaigns ans its metrics, that are very useful!

But in my case, metrics are not updating, even if the campaign is working fine. I mean, everything is working fine but metrics.

Does one of you already met this issue?  
I really don’t know where to look for.

Hi,

I’m also using 4.4.10 and seeing a very similar phenomenon. All my metrics seem to get stuck on ‘pending’ and never become completed. Yet the campaign is working fine.

Hi!  
I tried with older versions but metrics are still stuck on “pending”.  
But on a fresh install, metrics are working fine. Should be something somewhere in the database I guess?  
I’ll try to take a moment to take a deeper look in the database. But time is hard to find these days, I’ll let you know if I succeeded.
