# Campaigns Not Sending

Hello. I have created a simple campaign but it’s not sending my first email after publishing it. The campaign started from the Segment then action (send email) then decision (read email) then action (send email) then action (edit points).  
  
  
  
I tried editing the cron job into this:

- 
  - 

```
* * * /opt/php70/bin/php /home/johnsmith007/public_html/mautic/app/console mautic:campaigns:trigger -f --env=prod<br />

```

  
But it's still not sending the first email at all. What can be the issue for this occurence?
