# Campaigns trigger Actions according to Contacts Preferred Timezone =\> wanted as Default Timezone

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.10  
My PHP version is: 7.4.33  
My Database type and version is: 10.11.4-MariaDB-1~deb12u1

**Your problem**

=\> Actions inside Campaigns are triggered according the Contact Preferred Timezone (if set)

=\> I want to be according to Owner Timezone.

=\> Wired is that this happen only on one Mautic instance, but on the other 3 it is working ok =\> the campaigns are triggering the actions according to the Timezone of the Owner / default in Mautic.

**These errors are showing in the log:**  
=\> no errors

**Steps I have tried to fix the problem:**
