**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 3.2.2
My PHP version is:7.3
My Database type and version is:MySQL
**Your problem**
My problem is:
I have a Mautic 3.2.2. Installation, on A2hosting shared hosting, PHP 7.3. Everything is configured. Using Amazon SES, tested and working.
But there are some features that are not working:
-When creating a campaign that adds contacts based on a segment, when adding a contact to that segment, the contact is not added to that campaign.
-If the campaign adds contacts based on a campaign form, the contacts are added to the campaign, but the campaign is not going ahead nor running. Not adding tags or sending emails.
These errors are showing in the log: No errors on the logs
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Reviewed all cron jobs and tested campaigns, removed cache

Hi, is it poaaible that the contact was added before, removed and you didnt turn on the ‘contact cN restart the campaign’ feature?

Thank you for the response,
I am not sure yet, but apparently being on a shared hosting has a lot to do with that. I probably have to move to an VPS
